It is anticipated that approximately 8,000 jobs will be created directly and indirectly during the course of the program implementation. The dam construction and associated activities has employed over one thousand jobs directly. Over 85% of the labour force required for construction of the dam project is sourced from the local community.
Our Graduate Trainee Program is aimed at building a stronger student skills-transfer ecosystem through promoting skills and capacity thus helping professionals fill the gaps between theory and practice and master the required skills. This program seeks to develop talent, enhance knowledge sharing, and improve people’s understanding and interest in the construction industry.
